Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Cards for Christianity website and purchases made directly from Cards For Christianity LLC through this website. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Using this website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering, subscribing, or contacting us. Do not misuse forms, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders. Purchasers must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or act with a parent’s or legal guardian’s authorization. Giveaway eligibility is governed by its separate rules.

Products, prices, and availability

Product descriptions and the edition selected at checkout identify what you are purchasing. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and availability are shown during checkout. Review your order and delivery address before submitting it. An email signup does not reserve a game or guarantee availability.

Some images are identified as AI-generated or preproduction previews. The actual product may vary slightly in appearance; these previews do not change the material product specifications promised in the listing. Screen settings can also affect displayed colors.

We aim to keep information accurate. If a material pricing, description, or availability error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge a higher amount or substitute a different edition without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, amounts paid for the unfulfilled items will be refunded as required by law.

Payment, shipping, and returns

Available payment methods and shipping options are presented at checkout. Delivery and production estimates will be identified as estimates. If shipment cannot occur within the promised time, we will provide delay information and any consent or cancellation options required by applicable law.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return conditions, shipping costs, damaged or incorrect items, and the exception for signed or personalized games. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order; we will confirm what is possible based on its fulfillment status.

Kickstarter and limited editions

Kickstarter pledges are made through Kickstarter and are subject to its terms and the applicable campaign’s disclosures and reward commitments. This website does not replace those terms or promise that all pledges are refundable.

The Limited Platinum Edition run is capped at 20,000 units. For an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect Limited Platinum Kickstarter reward, our resolution is a refund rather than a replacement Platinum unit. A Standard Gold Edition copy may be arranged instead only if the customer chooses that option, subject to availability and agreement on the resolution. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Giveaways and communications

The handmade giveaway has separate official rules. Email signup forms disclose their marketing purpose. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time; order and other necessary service communications may still be sent. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Content and outside services

Cards for Christianity names, logos, original artwork, and other original materials are owned by Cards For Christianity LLC or used with permission. Third-party materials, including Bible translations, remain subject to their respective rights and permissions. Buying a game does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by law.

Links to social networks, Kickstarter, and other services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Our game is intended for recreation, Scripture discussion, and fellowship, not as a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will be dated on this page and apply prospectively; they will not retroactively reduce the commitments made for an existing order.
