Return & Refund Policy

We want you to receive the game you ordered in good condition. Please contact info@cardsforchristianityllc.com with your order or pledge reference and a description of the issue so we can help.
30-day returns for website purchases
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unopened, unused game in its original packaging. Please contact us within that period for return instructions before shipping it back.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error. Once the returned item has been received and its eligibility confirmed, we will refund the amount paid for the eligible returned merchandise and applicable tax to the original payment method.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your game arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order reference and, where possible, clear photos of the problem and packaging. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions. These issues qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We will provide any required return arrangements.
The unopened/unused requirement for change-of-mind returns does not prevent a claim for a defect discovered after opening the game. The special Limited Platinum Kickstarter resolution below applies instead of a Platinum replacement.
Signed and personalized games
Signed or personalized games are final sale for change-of-mind returns. They remain eligible for a remedy if damaged, defective, or incorrect, including an error in the agreed personalization.
Limited Platinum Kickstarter rewards
This is an exception for problem rewards—not an automatic refund of Kickstarter orders.
The Limited Platinum Edition production run is capped at 20,000 units, with no additional Platinum units reserved for replacements. If your Limited Platinum Kickstarter reward is damaged, defective, or incorrect and qualifies for a remedy, we will issue a refund rather than replace it with another Platinum unit.
If you prefer, you may choose a Standard Gold Edition copy instead, subject to availability. We will confirm the proposed resolution with you before arranging it. We will not automatically substitute the Standard Gold Edition or require you to accept it instead of a refund.
Contact us with your pledge reference and details of the problem. Any required return will be arranged at no additional cost to you. Kickstarter pledges remain subject to Kickstarter’s terms and the campaign’s commitments; the website’s ordinary change-of-mind return policy does not create a blanket right to cancel every pledge.
Refund processing and order changes
We will confirm the refund and any return instructions by email. Refunds are issued through the original payment channel where available; your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Please contact us if a confirmed refund has not appeared after the processing time given by your provider.
For an order change or cancellation before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order can still be changed or stopped. This policy does not limit refund rights for unfulfilled orders or other rights required by applicable law.
