Cards For Christianity LLC operates this website. This policy explains how information is used when you browse, shop, contact us, subscribe to updates, or enter our giveaway.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, email address, billing and shipping details, order information, and messages or other information you choose to submit. Checkout payment details are handled through the payment services available at checkout. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal information by email or through a contact form.
Our website platform and service providers may collect IP addresses, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the website, forms, and emails. Cookies and similar technologies support the cart, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising, subject to the choices described below.
How we use information
We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, administer returns and giveaways, maintain the website, prevent fraud, keep required business records, and understand how our website and communications perform. When you subscribe, we also send Kickstarter launch announcements, product availability news, and other Cards for Christianity marketing updates.
Email updates and giveaway entries
Our signup forms explain the email subscription you are choosing. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in an email. Necessary order, support, and giveaway-claim communications may still be sent.
New handmade giveaway entries include the marketing signup disclosed on that form. Unsubscribing does not remove an otherwise valid giveaway entry. Earlier entrants who did not opt in are not added to marketing without their consent. See the giveaway rules for eligibility and drawing details. The separate email-updates signup does not enter the giveaway or reserve a game.
Who receives information
We share information as needed with service providers that help operate the business, including Squarespace for website hosting, commerce, forms, analytics, and email services; payment services; and shipping and fulfillment providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute. Service providers may process information outside your state or country under their own applicable privacy notices.
Cookies, Pinterest, and your choices
Use the Cookie Preferences button on this website to review or change optional cookie choices. Necessary cookies support core functions such as the cart and saved preferences. Optional analytics and advertising choices can be managed separately. You can also control cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect shopping or other functions.
Our Pinterest advertising integration is enabled only when advertising cookies are accepted. It sends page-visit activity and, after a purchase, the purchase value and currency to Pinterest to measure advertising performance. Browser requests can also convey technical information such as IP address, browser information, and referring site information. This integration does not send customer email addresses or phone numbers. Pinterest may associate information with information it already holds, as explained in its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Our Pinterest integration is disabled when it detects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Advertising disclosures can be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Decline advertising cookies to opt out of this integration. A cookie cannot reveal your private email accounts simply because you visit our website.
Retention, security, and your requests
Information is retained as needed for the purposes above, including order support, giveaway administration, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, or to object to certain uses. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required. Marketing unsubscribes and cookie choices are available whether or not a particular privacy law applies to you.
Children and other websites
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information should contact us. Our handmade giveaway is limited to eligible adults under its rules. Links to social platforms, Kickstarter, and other websites are subject to those services’ policies.
